ALL DAY
Easy, Everyday Sustenance: A Mini Cookbook
A mini cookbook with beautiful photography to accompany each of the seven recipes. The zine is a great gift for the host/ess, holidays, as well as year-round. So many of you have expressed a desire for easy, everyday recipes and have encouraged me to continue blending my Japanese and Jewish cultures. Paperback.
Shipping to the continental US only.
EASY
My hope is that these recipes will help to ease the stress of your very busy and full life. With prep and cook time combined, no recipe will take you longer than 45 minutes to prepare. Two only take 10 minutes. Total.
EVERYDAY
The zine includes recipes of the 7 dishes I cook regularly for myself and my family:
My Morning Matcha Latte
Miso Avocado Toast
Onigiri (Rice Balls)
Spinach in Tahini Dressing
Bachan’s (Grandma) Tofu Salad
Jew-ish Donburi (Rice Bowl)
Lemon Poppyseed Steam Cake
BLENDED
Most recipes are a blend of my Japanese and Jewish cultures, with a touch of my California upbringing mixed in. I hope that you will be inspired to play with the recipes of your own ancestors, and create recipes that are all your own.
