I saw something I love, but now it’s gone. Is there any way I can still buy it?
At Nourish Co., we consider each of our modern heirlooms an original work of art. Once that collection has sold out, that exact heirloom will never be produced again. That being said, we are constantly dreaming up new pieces, and it’s likely a similar piece might become available one day. To be the first to hear of new products, please sign up for our email newsletter.
Do you ship outside the US?
At the moment, we do not ship outside the continental US. We hope to change this as Nourish Co. continues to grow!
I emailed customer service but haven’t heard back yet. Why?
Nourish Co. is based in the US, and our hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. We do our best to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours, so hold tight! We will get back to you as soon as we can.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards.
What is your shipping and returns policy?

How much does shipping cost?
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping within the continental US takes 5-7 business days from the day you place your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed. This includes pre-orders.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax only applies to orders placed in California.
Can I update my order?
Please email us at info@nourish-co.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. We’ll do our best to process your request.
Do you gift wrap?
We are not able to offer gift wrapping at this time.

We are not able to offer phone support at this time. Please send us an email at info@nourish-co.com and we’ll do our best to get back to you within 48 hours. Please be sure to include any relevant details like order number, photos, or anything else that will help us answer your questions.
How do I care for my new pieces?
Please see specific care instructions listed on the product page of the product you purchased. Care instructions will also be included on a card enclosed with each product.
