This Shipping and Return Policy applies to your purchase of physical goods from Nourish Co.
All pieces are shipped using a carrier of our choice. Shipping is to the continental US only at this time. A confirmation email with tracking is sent once your package has been shipped.
Your order checkout page shows your shipping method, estimated time, and any shipping fees. While we will try to meet your shipment and delivery dates, we may be unable to do so in the event of low Product inventory. In addition, many events beyond our control can affect the delivery of your Products after we provide it to the carrier. Therefore, we are not liable for late shipment or delivery or any loss, damage, or penalty you incur from any delay in shipment or delivery.
RESALE: Items may not be purchased for resale without consent. If you are interested in carrying Nourish Co. products in your store, please contact email@example.com
PRE-ORDER POLICY: Pre-order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order and pay for the product in advance if you'd like to secure your item before the item arrives with us. Please kindly note, pre-orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed. Please note dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur.
Nourish Co. is not held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur if you wish to pre-order an item. We will, however, update you after pre-order when your items are available for shipping.
You will proceed through the check out as usual and make full payment when making a pre-order. Your order will only be shipped upon arrival of the ordered pre-order item/s, usually as per the date suggested on the product page at time of order placement.
The pre-order period will run for four weeks, and customers will be notified via email when the pre-order period ends.
TAXES: Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page. If you’ve received our consent to resell our merchandise, you will be responsible for any tax obligations associated with the resales.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE: Dec. 11, 2019, is the last day for shipments to be received by Dec. 22th, 2019. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to do overnight shipping at an extra cost. Our online shop will be closed from Dec. 22nd - Jan. 3rd.
RETURNS: All sales are final unless damaged in transit. Should anything arrive damaged, please photograph the outside and inside of the box along with the damage and send to email@example.com. Do not throw away the box or the damaged goods. All damage claims must be sent within 7 days of delivery.
LATE RETURNS: Any damaged item returned after 7 days of receipt is not eligible for refund. Returns and refunds are only available for items that arrived to the buyer in a damaged condition. You may not return an item for any other reason.
EXCHANGES: We do not accept exchanges, as items may sell out while the requested exchange is returned and processed.
