Happy New Year
Sundown tonight is the start of the Jewish New Year celebration. We are taking the remainder of the week off to attend services, unplug, meditate, journal, and spend time with family in nature. While we'll skip our usual Friday "Welcoming the Weekend" post this week, We'll be back next week with lots of new and exciting posts!
I've been reflecting on the past year and celebrating how far Nourish has come in the past few months. Last Rosh Hashanah, the idea for Nourish was just a little seed. If you are reading this post you have helped me to cultivate that little seed into what Nourish is today, and I can't begin to thank you enough. There is so much taking shape in the coming year that I can't wait to share with you.
If you would like some last minute tips on how to connect this Rosh Hashanah, here's my Modern Guide to Rosh Hashanah. Wishing you a sweet, meaningful and nourishing New Year. See you on Monday!
